Paint Me Vintage

Hands up all the vintage lovers?
You have to have a look at Carla's beautiful business, Paint Me Vintage!

How did you name your business?

Paint Me Vintage was started 6 years ago. Our original name was Pyes Pa Villa Design , Pyes Pa is the suburb we live in in Tauranga, and we purchased an old villa and design for us renovating it. Our Facebook and blog pages were started to show my South Island family what we were doing in our new home, not started as a biz at all! We recently changed the name as our blog has grown into a local Tauranga Vintage shoppe and online business to cater to NZ wide. Our new name reflects better what we now do.

What is your favourite product within your range?

So many! I use all of the products we stock as I create new furniture pieces from old every day. I couldn’t work without the NZ made vintage paint we stock but our newest product the Iron Orchid transfers are amazing due to the intricate designs and sizes available to further decorate your furniture or decor projects.

What is one thing you do daily to make your business work?

Interact with our followers on Facebook and share projects and ideas (their's and ours) with each other for inspiration for the next projects….

Where to from here for Paint Me Vintage?

Sharing our new name and brand with NZ and sourcing new and exciting products to refurbish and update old vintage furniture into something new and exciting for your home. I want to be the one stop shoppe for all things furniture painting!

How can we buy your products?

  2. Even if you have just a home office, you still have to create an intentionally designed space. At the very least, make sure you have all the essentials and a designated space that’s just for work. homefords.co.uk

  3. Great share.......Fabulous retro styling in this bright and cleverly designed home with more than a nod to mid century furniture and decor. The colour scheme uses contemporary Lime Green and Dove Grey / Blue which presents it becoming a pastiche of an earlier period. If you want to know more ,please check it out : retroproducts
